In carrying out its activities, the DRC has a proportional organization and Human Resources quality and is in accordance with the competencies of its position. In its implementation, the DRC is supported by a clear structure consisting of Responsible Board, Supervisory Board, Advisory Board, 6 core management staff consisting of Directors, Field Coordinators, Work Unit Researchers, and administrative and financial staff. In addition, DRC is also supported by more than 100 senior researchers who are members of 14 work units. Each researcher is placed in a work unit according to his interests and expertise in order to complement and work together as a team.
